Greenlight Developments actively seeks land to promote across the Midlands and Southern England.

Favourable sites can accommodate between 50 – 500 dwellings, and we will consider both greenfield land on the edge of settlements and brownfield opportunities, including in the Green Belt.

We are also seeking care home site opportunities, with our minimum site requirement size being circa 1 acre in sustainable locations.

The rapidly evolving planning system is constantly under review by the Greenlight Developments Team to ensure that the best possible planning solution to maximise the potential of our land holdings is at the forefront of our discussions with Local Planning Authorities.

Should you feel that your site would be of interest to Greenlight Developments, we will guarantee our early attention and prompt response. We will utilize our in-house planning team to assess the planning merits of your site in order to give you an early indication of your sites’ chances of securing an acceptable planning permission and the most appropriate course of action for achieving this.
