Greenlight Developments are currently working with Melton Borough Council to deliver this mixed-use allocation. Land South of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire This site is located across two local authority boundaries – Cannock Chase and South Staffordshire. Greenlight Developments promotes the whole site as a housing site, a site which builds upon the previously proposed housing allocation on part of the land (the car auction site), as well as providing an opportunity to create a housing site in a location that ‘rounds off’ the existing urban edge to the west of Cannock, minimising encroachment of the urban area further into the Green Belt. Car Auction and Car Boot Sites, Wellington Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire This site sits directly to the north of the development boundary for Worcester City and the housing allocation in the South Worcestershire Development Plan – Policy SWDP45/4: Gwillams Farm, Worcester North Urban Extension. Greenlight Developments is currently in the process of engaging with Historic England to seek their views on our development approach to the site; as well as promoting the site through the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. Land at Gwillams Farm, Ombersley Road, Worcester The site forms part (albeit a small part) of a wider ‘existing employment area’ (known as Fradley Park). As part of the current Lichfield District Local Plan Allocations examination, Greenlight Developments and Lichfield District Council agreed to an employment policy to help avoid the long-term protection of sites allocated for employment use, which allows for sites to be brought forward for alternative uses, such as housing. Land to the South of Fradley South, Fradley, Lichfield, Staffordshire This site forms part of a proposed housing allocation in the Issues and Options version of the Local Plan for the Bradford District – Allocations Development Plan Document, under site reference ME/003 – Derry Hill. Land at Derry Hill, Menston, Ilkley, Yorkshire This site is a proposed housing allocation for 60 dwellings under Policy WHI/06 in the emerging Rutland Local Plan Review 2016 – 2036 Consultation Draft Plan (July 2017). Greenlight Developments are currently working with Rutland County Council to deliver this proposed housing allocation. Land off Melton Road, Whissendine, Rutland Outline planning permission was secured on the site for 74 dwellings in January 2018. The site was sold to Mactaggart & Mickel Homes in April 2018. Land Adjacent to the Village Hall, Main Road, East Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxfordshire Detailed planning permission was secured on the site for a 64-bedroom care home in September 2018. The site was sold to LNT Care Developments in November 2018. Land off Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, Oxfordshire The site is located on land off Exhall Road, adjoining the eastern extents of Keresley, within Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough. The site comprises three agricultural fields and a relatively small area of scrub and wet woodland. Land at Exhall Road, Keresley, Coventry Outline planning permission was secured on the site for 48 dwellings and a 64-bedroom care home in July 2019. The site is currently being marketed for a sale. Land at Churchfield Farm, Vicarage Lane, Sholden, Deal The site comprises a series of four agricultural paddocks and a residential property at the north-west corner, which fronts onto Meeting House Lane, through which, the site access is proposed. Land off Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common, Solihull Detailed planning permission was secured on the site for 55 houses in March 2017. The site was sold to Kier Living in May 2017. Land Adjacent to Village Hall, Bransford Road, Rushwick, Worcestershire Outline planning permission for 38 houses was secured on this brownfield site in September 2016. The site was sold to Mactaggart and Mickel Homes in March 2017. Land at Challow Park, East Challow, Wantage, Oxfordshire Outline planning permission for 21 houses was secured on this brownfield site in July 2016. The site was sold to Two Rivers Developments Limited in December 2016. Clay Green Farm, Folly Road, Alfrick, Worcestershire Outline planning permission for 48 houses was secured in December 2014. The site was sold to Lovell Homes in September 2015. Blue Shot Meadow, Pound Lane, Clifton-upon-Teme, Worcestershire Reserved Matters approval for 132 houses was secured on ‘Phase R4’ in August 2016.
