Greenlight Developments are delighted to report a fantastic end to 2018 with three Agreements exchanged this month – these being:

Land Off Wellington Drive, Cannock
A site for approximately 250 dwellings across the Local Authority boundaries of Cannock Chase and South Staffs.

Land Off Horner Avenue, Fradley
A site for approximately 120 dwellings within Lichfield District Council.

Land At Gwillams Farm, Worcester
A site for approximately 23 dwellings plus a 64 bed Care Home.

All of the above sites fit very neatly into the quality portfolio of sites that we are assembling at Greenlight Developments.

The Greenlight Developments team are pleased to report that on Friday 14th September their appeal was allowed for a 64-bedroom care home and public open space in Bicester (Cherwell District Council) by The Planning Inspectorate.

This on a site that has been reserved for recreation purposes since 1996, which has now been unlocked for development despite numerous failed attempts to do so over the past 20 years.

We are delighted to report that Greenlight Developments have completed the sale of our site for 74 dwellings in East Hagbourne, near Didcot to Mactaggart & Mickel. This project has taken just over 18-months from exchange of contracts with the landowners to a land sale on an unallocated greenfield site in South Oxfordshire District Council. This is the second site Greenlight Developments has sold to Mactaggart and Mickel in the past 18-months, as they look to grow their new homes business in England. A big thank you goes to the outstanding Greenlight Developments consultancy team, who once again assisted us in delivering a first class service on this project.
